Built from the
inside out.
I grew up in a deprived area of Manchester, the daughter of immigrant parents who worked tirelessly to give their children a better life. They knew education was the key — but they didn't have access to school league tables, university rankings, or the networks that open doors in professional life. Neither did I.
I was working comfortably in a call centre at Barclays when my sister encouraged me to apply for a programme placing graduates at top firms in New York. I didn't even know who Goldman Sachs were when I got placed there.
That one moment of access unlocked a 20-year career I love. It wasn't planned. It was accidental. And that's exactly the problem.
Too many brilliant young people are one introduction, one insight, or one conversation away from a career that could change their life — but they never get it.
The Inside Track exists to change that.
"You can't be what you can't see. The Inside Track is here to show you what's possible — and give you everything you need to get there."
